Here's what will be on your task list:

Recruitment:


  • collaborate with hiring managers, team leads to develop effective recruitment strategies for various positions and departments within the organization; 
  • utilize various sourcing channels, such as job boards, social media platforms, professional networks, and employee referrals, to identify and attract qualified candidates for different positions; 
  • conduct pre-screen calls and various types of interviews (competence, case, behavioral, etc.) evaluating their skills, experience, and cultural fit for Laba Group;
  • facilitate the selection process by coordinating interviews between candidates and hiring managers, gathering feedback, and assisting in the decision-making process; 
  • maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate interactions, recruitment activities, and metrics to provide regular reports and insights; 
  • cooperate with the Global team (take part in weekly discussions, exchange experience, and have a great time together).

HR operations:


  • manage to candidates become a newbie with our preboarding and onboarding process; 
  • maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR databases; 
  • prepare and distribute HR-related documents such as offer letters, employment contracts, modifications etc…; 
  • ensure compliance with relevant labor laws and regulations; 
  • assist in offboarding process; 
  • assist with other HR projects and initiatives as needed; 
  • assist, help and brainstorm with the team about team building opportunities; 
  • strengthen our employer branding strategy with your brilliant ideas which we happy to implement with you.

Requirements

Skill pack for high-quality performance:


    • Native in Hungarian and at least B2 in English; 
    • 1 year experience in legal, PM or HR field and your desire to build a career in this field; 
    • strong organizational and prioritization skills; 
    • exceptional communication and active listening skills; 
    • basic legal knowledge which is useful for preparing and managing contracts and employment documents;
    • exceptional relationship-building skills;
    • proven ability to build and maintain relationships with candidates, employees, managers, and stakeholders; 
    • fast adaptation to changes and striving for challenges, you are capable of thinking on your feet; 
    • solid understanding that HR is not only "loving people and communication"; 
    • last but not least, you are a people oriented person who would like to learn, develop and be part of an excellent team.
