To continue winning the Global market, we are looking for the right people to generate innovation and drive change together. We are inviting a brilliant Head of Sales to join our team. You will be overseeing our Sales Department in Hungary, and your primary objective will be to enhance and optimize our business processes alongside hiring, motivating, and growing the local team. 


What will be on your task list: 


  • hire sales representatives and accommodate newbies who will perform by 120%; 
  • train and motivate the sales team to continuously improve their results; 
  • draw up a sales plan and communicate it to each member of the team; 
  • monitor the fulfillment of KPIs and track the speed of applications processing; 
  • work out and optimize processes in the sales department; 
  • arrange the working process using CRM-system and IP telephony; 
  • hold meetings with lecturers and the Production team in order to learn more about the course and understand what are the "pain points" of our clients;
  • draw up working scripts.

Requirements

To do this, you'll need some skills: 


  • have 3+ years of experience in the systemic management of sales teams (B2C / telephone sales / call center IS A MUST); 
  • fluent Hungarian language, and know English at B2+ level to communicate with our international team and exchange experience; 
  • proven record of optimization of sales processes and increasing revenue; 
  • good at working in dynamic environments and excited by challenging tasks; 
  • know how to use the tools of effective sales and negotiations; can evaluate the work of the team and provide explicit feedback; 
  • an ambitious leader able to handle employee motivation and development; 
  • quick on your feet in decision-making and take responsibility for all your actions
