We’re rapidly growing and seeking a Content Producer to oversee the entire learning process, from creating educational content to identifying improvements that elevate our courses.
Your responsibilities:

Collaborate with course producers on market research to identify target audience needs.

Design educational programs (course ideas, concepts, formats, and assignments) alongside lecturers.

Assign tasks to designers and content coordinators, ensuring smooth operations.

Supervise course production from inception to certificate delivery.

Review materials provided by instructors.

Offer recommendations on online class formats and educational material delivery.

Implement innovative methods and approaches for online classes.

Analyze course effectiveness metrics (success rate, student satisfaction, and engagement).

Develop improvement plans based on student feedback and analytics.
