Tools

You will master the algorithm of market and product user analysis to prepare relevant features for development. Learn how to build CJM and run MVP applications. You will be able to validate hypotheses without development and effectively manage a team using the tools of the Scrum framework.

Product metrics

You will begin to apply a data-driven approach to product refinement. Learn how to measure launch success using CAC and LTV metrics. In practice, define a North star metric to prioritize the product backlog. Learn how to use AARRR metrics to optimize the user journey.

Product development

You will combine user needs, business goals and technology development in one product. To do this, draw up a roadmap and set goals for OKRs, build interaction with the marketing team and plan PR activities. As a result, you will be able to effectively manage the product after the launch.
